Project How we used to play aim to promote European traditional games to tackle social challenges and physical inactivity crisis by revisiting traditional games for children and youth and breathe new life into them. Specific objectives - to create safe space for children and youth to share, learn and play their traditional games, - to promote the European values like solidarity, diversity, inclusiveness and cultural heritage, - to establish a sustainable transnational network to promote traditional games, aiming to exchange good practices and experiences, - to foster the intercultural dialogue through traditional games. Beneficiaries of International week of traditional games: 60 participants - members of folklore ensembles, folk song and dance ensembles and young people with fewer opportunities, such as young people from regions with economic and social obstacles, young people with a low level of education coming from underdeveloped areas where traditional games are easy to play and can be played almost anywhere. 12 accompanists - Sport experts, Trainers from folklore ensembles, folk song and folk dances ensembles, Youth workers and s Social workers Beneficiaries of 1 day international training 100 participants - members of folklore ensembles, folk song and dance ensembles and young people with fewer opportunities, such as young people from regions with economic and social obstacles, young people with a low level of education coming from underdeveloped areas where traditional games are easy to play and can be played almost anywhere. Beneficiaries 6 awareness raising campaigns in schools youth and leisure centers: 120 kids and youngsters from schools youth and leisure centers Results: Promote promote European traditional games by creating safe space for children and youth to share, learn and play together.
