Doping remains a threat to the integrity and values of sport. A growing workforce supports anti-doping efforts, but anti-doping professionals need the right skills to succeed. GLDF4CLEANSPORT will support a global approach to competence-based training leading to greater impact of anti-doping organisations in EU and globally. >Objectives and Activities World Anti-Doping Agency, 5 EU Anti-Doping Organisations, 2 international federations, and EOSE will: 1.Research the size, features and occupations in the European and global anti-doping workforce through desk research, interviews and surveys 2.Research the functions of the workforce and design Professional Standards for 4 key anti-doping roles through Technical Working Groups (TWGs) 3.Design competency-based curricula and blended learning modules using the Professional Standards and the same TWGs 4.Provide online tools for anti-doping practitioners to analyse their training needs and organisations to evaluate the quality of training 5.Provide trainers to deliver blended learning through a train the trainer programme 6.Test the outputs with selected anti-doping organisations and practitioners in EU and globally through piloting 7.Disseminate and consult widely on the outputs with the European and global anti-doping community 8.Embed the project outputs into the anti-doping industry on sustainable basis >Type and numbers of beneficiaries: approximately 310 EU and global anti-doping organisations, 10,000 employees โ€“ to be confirmed by objective 1 >Results: comprehensive understanding of the EU and global anti-doping workforce, improved performance of anti-doping practitioners and organisations resulting in cleaner sport. >Outputs: - 1 Occupational Map - 1 Functional Map - 4 Professional Standards - 4 competency-based curricula with blended learning modules - 2 self-assessment/training evaluation tools - 32 trained trainers - 64 practitioners trained - 1 Sustainability and Quality Assurance Plan.
