GREIS - Guide de Recommandations pour l’Ethique et l’Intégrité dans le Sport

The core objective of this project is to formulate a set of guidelines for ethics and professional conduct in accordance with the principles defined by the charter provided for in Article L.141-3 of the Sports Code, i.e. the Charter of Ethics and French sports ethics adopted by the French National Olympic and Sports Committee on May 10, 2012. Among the secondary objectives there are: i) the validation of the guide in the 2 countries where the project is implemented (Work Package 2); ii) the integration of perspectives from different stakeholders (listed in section 1.1 of this document) from within the guide; iii) the distribution of the guide to various sports organizations in 21 European countries and its presentation to EU bodies (Work Package 3); the generation of collaboration and knowledge exchange among different sports organizations from 21 European countries around the formulation and dissemination of the guide. Impact will be measured through a sound monitoring and evaluation system linked to a set of both quantitative and qualitative outputs, starting from the guiding objectives outlined above.
