BS - BULL...SH!

GENERAL OBJECTIVE: To provide tools to sports associations and their coaches to combat bullying in team sports by promoting the application method: "BULL… SSH!". SPECIFIC OBJECTIVE 1: Promote knowledge of the phenomenon of bullying and its psychological dynamics. SPECIFIC OBJECTIVE 2: To stimulate awareness of the role of sport, as well as sports associations and coaches in social inclusion and the promotion of good practices aimed at creating healthy and non-discriminatory environments SPECIFIC OBJECTIVE 3: Provide tools necessary to improve coaches' skills in managing groups of adolescents. The "BULL ... SSH!" provides for the development of material aimed at: - Increase the awareness of instructors, operators, managerial figures and young people; - Create a framework for responding to bullying; - Develop rules of conduct against bullying that act as a "shared contract between young people, sports trainers and parents". - Develop exercises and learning activities that encourage teamwork in contrast to social isolation; - Development of a package of tools reserved for instructors to improve their skills in group management and resolution of negative dynamics: the creation of activities that teach problem-solving, conflict resolution, group management and the ability to give feedback, games of role or other activities to help learners understand the effects and consequences of violent behaviour.
