Sport for Equality: development of sport programs and advancing youth and gender equality in sports activities including physical education and sport programs on local level

The proposed project is designed with cluster of activities which are directly relevant to the General Objectives of the call GO1: Attract and widen access for newcomers, less experienced organisations and small-scale actors to the programme; GO2: Support the inclusion of target groups with fewer opportunities and GO3: Support active European citizenship and bring the European dimension to the local level. Moreover, the proposed activities will contribute to achievement of the objective of the call for proposal thus contribute towards comprehensive and cooperation approach on local level through creating a methodology for local NGO to promote sport through EU programmers and create partnership through capacity building, promotional equal opportunities among vulnerable migrants including minorities, social and promote women's equal participation and bias free representation in media in women sport through inclusive gender sensitive sport education and promotion of equal opportunities for girls in sports, physical activity and physical education on local level. Through the project, target groups from the youth activists, education sector, local NGOs; schools; youth representatives and clubs as well as training centers and media will experience external ripple of change. The set of the activities are designed to strengthen the leadership journey of local actors and NGOs and attract and widen access for newcomers, less experienced organisations and small-scale actors to the programme. Through well designed capacity building programme they will learn powerful skills around discipline, healthy living, teamwork, and engage with their local networks in meaningful ways. By doing so, they will create change in their schools, neighbourhoods, local communities and the broader world by implementing solutions to some of the most challenging problems of our time from for young people from vulnerable environments including girls, migrants and Roma.
