GrassrootsCSR - Grassroots football clubs and corporate social responsibility

The objective of the project is to exchange experience and foster cooperation between 4 regional football federations. Exchange of experiences in areas relevant to grassroots' activities, in particular CSR projects: integration projects, children's training, social and educational activities and volunteer support. A series of short seminars for educators, volunteers and trade union employees will be organized. The activities we plan, concerning on several seminars for trainers/ staff about a seminar on a specific topic. A team of experts, using the experience of partners, will prepare a Manual, which will describe the most interesting CSR projects implemented at grasroots football clubs. Then, a training program will be prepared with the participation of 10 participants. Graduates will implement CSR projects in their regions as CSR-Trainee. The project will be exemplified by a series of conferences organized by all partners targeting grassroots sports clubs.
