The Project is a 24 month Project promoted by sport clubs and education centres (for a total of 7 Countries) with the aim to encourage the participation in sport and physical activities, especially by supporting social inclusion and equal opportunities and the EU Week of Sport 2023/2024. The Project focuses its action plan on the knowledge and participation in Beach sports and health enhancing physical activities which can help preserve the natural environment beaches on lakes, rivers and seas), with a deep positive impact also in the future. Target group: young athletes, coaches, trainers, amateurs, presidents, sport stakeholders, physiotherapists, volunteers and nutritionists, especially from 18 till 45 years old. The target sports are: beach sports, a wide range of activities in/by the sea, river and the lake (beach volley, beach soccer, beach aerobics ,beach beach yoga). In addition to sports, the main topic is also that the beaches identified by international part ners are intended for a cleaning activity by the volunteers and for an awareness campaign in this regard. Main actions: Transnational Awareness Campaign on the European Week of Sport 2023/2024 and on the lifelong benefits of beach sports; Online Beach Sport Programme and Train the Trainers Programme; Lifelong Beach Sport Open Days (seminars, workshops, round tables, brainstorming sessions); Local Beach Sport Open Days (free courses, training sessions and friendly n. 4 Transnational project meetings (institutional tournaments, trainings, walkings, mapping and cleaning of th e beaches along rivers, lakes, seas, international final conference, presentation of the intellectual output, signature of the Agreement); n. 1 Transnational Staff Meeting - Production of the intellectual output Guidelines of Beach Sport Teaching Models.
