Summary

The goal is to implement the priority - Promoting education in and through sports. The main goal of the project is to educate parents of young athletes on proper behavior during activities with their children, as well as during training/matching. Promoting the right attitudes is very important for the development of sports. The project will promote good practices among parents, increase awareness and knowledge, raise competence. The implementation of the project will provide a better understanding of practices and strategies and training systems in sports in other countries. It will also allow the promotion of physical activity and healthy lifestyles. The project will ensure the implementation of the results: an innovative approach to addressing its target groups, by providing, for example: more attractive educational programs for parents, in line with individual needs and expectations, a more modern, dynamic, committed and professional environment within the organization: ready to integrate good practices and new methods, including digital capabilities, into daily operations, increased knowledge and awareness of sports and physical activity, increased awareness of the role of sports in promoting social inclusion, equal opportunities and healthy lifestyles, increased motivation and satisfaction in daily work, increased practical relevance of sports and physical activity. We will compare the behavior of parents during observation. Preparation of meetings in each country of participating organizations will allow the development of best practices. After conducting a series of meetings with partner organizations, a set of best practices will be developed in the form of a manual. This will be the second part, as the first part of the "SUPKID" project focused attention on the education of coaches. We want to complete three parts and use all the material in a big dissemination campaign.
