Priorities: inclusion and diversity and encouraging healthy lifestyles. Encouraging physical activity over the age of 50 in particular the sport of padel. A sport that can be practiced, without divisions at both professional and recreational levels. Padel in the central part of Europe is unknown, while in southern Europe, it is one of the most popular physical activities. The project will implement the results of: -Involvement in practicing physical activity of people with disabilities, people over 50 years of age -Building awareness of active lifestyles over 50 and people with disabilities through an educational campaign -Popularization of padel in Central Europe as a sport for all among participants and sports organizations, city managers and the private sector We will hold a seminar for all organizations to identify the needs and risks of sports activities for the elderly and people with disabilities. The seminar will also include observations from which good practices can be collected. Local activities will also be conducted. We will implement activities at existing padel facilities in Spain and Italy. We will organize events to promote physical activity without divisions. Temporary infrastructure will be prepared in Poland and the Czech Republic for week-long events promoting padel as a sport for the elderly and disabled. From the M2, a Padel4All educational campaign will be launched to raise awareness of padel as a sport for everyone. The campaign will be carried out through social media, as agreed at the seminar, and will be one of the elements of the dissemination activities. The project will be summarized with a final conference. The results of the conducted project, the campaign outreach, as well as the best practices document will be presented. The conference will be attended by Padel4All partners, invited guests, a representative of the city government, private businesses and people involved in sports for the disabled and elderly.
