SportEntre - Building an Entrepreneurial Mindset for Athletes: A Dual Career Pathway

SportEntre will develop a possibilities for athletes to become an Entrepreneurs as part of their Dual Careers. The project will produce a modern asymmetric interactive e-learning course and instructive videos on developing an Entrepreneurial Mind-Set. The course will focus on characteristics the individual should have in order to be a successful entrepreneur – Curiousity, Creativity, Learning from mistakes, Indicative, Teamwork and Goal Setting. Contents of E-learning course modules will also be adapted to EU accepted EntreComp: The entrepreneurship competence framework. The advantage of athletes is that they have the right mind-set to WIN, the project will aim to shape it into a Mind-Set to start own business. In addition to digital learning materials, project will also work on development of SportEntre network - a digital platform for athletes that already are into business or who are just seaking for encouragement - a place to share experiences and find similarly thinking persons. In order to ensure the sustainability of the project results, during the project a training of SportEntre Ambassadors will be organised.
