INCLUSION SPORTS SUMMER CAMP AND SHARE GOOD PRACTISIES The project will carry out 3 training mobilities of swimming coaches in the partner countries to train them to work with children with intellectual disabilities in an aquatic environment. A minimum of 18 coaches will be trained. After their training a sports summer camp for children with intellectual disabilities will be held for 6 days, involving 5 children from each partner country and 2 coaches from the trained coaches. The project will provide support and increase the capacity of the coaching staff to work with and therefore include children with disabilities in their groups in order to obtain their integration. And children with disabilities will have the opportunity to travel and take part in a sports camp, co-create experiences, be inspired and improve their communication, independence and teamwork skills. They will get to know others and themselves in a different environment from their home and overcome the limitations of society. that is published through this page expresses the views of the project beneficiaries only and it does not represent the views of the European Union or the European Commission.
