Our project, called the Futsal Development and Training Project, aims to develop futsal clubs and teams through training children and youth, as well as preparing players for league competitions. The project consists of a series of online meetings and training staff trips to Barcelona and Krakow. During these trips, the training staff (8 persons) will have the opportunity to familiarize themselves with various aspects of futsal training, such as physiotherapy, prevention, diagnosis, treatment, and return to full fitness, as well as motor preparation and sports psychology. In addition, they will have the opportunity to meet and exchange experiences with local futsal coaches. During online meetings, topics related to club and team management, building club potential and financial aspects, futsal training for children and youth in different age groups, motor preparation of players for league competitions, and psychology as one of the main aspects of a coach's work will be discussed. The main goal of the project is to increase the quality of training for futsal clubs, as well as develop leadership skills in children and youth, which will allow for better team integration and sports development. The project aims to create conditions that will allow for success in international futsal competitions and increase the popularity of this sport in Poland and abroad. The project aims to establish international cooperation between the AZS University of Economics Club in Krakow and the AE Les Corts - UBAE Futsal Club in promoting education through sports.
