Besides providing opportunity for employees to enjoy sport activities, the project will support grassroots sport organisations and sport staff, providing capacity building, training materials and skills development. The main goal is enhancing participation in various sport activities, focusing on specific target group: employees. Cross-border collaboration of sport organisations of different level will be established to tackle this issue. Multiple sports events are a great networking tool as well, therefore the project will provide team building and social inclusion through sport. The experience developed through this initiative will be the starting point to facilitate the exchange of competences, know-how, skills and attitudes among the project partners and provide physical activity opportunities for employees. The primary target groups iof project activities are: - employees, - grassroots sport organisations; - sport staff and volunteers. The overall scope of the project is in line with the specific priorities in sport field: - encouraging participation in sport and physical activity, especially - the promotion of all activities encouraging the practice of sport and physical activity including traditional sport and games and intergenerational sport, and - equal opportunities in sport, - building capacity of organisations to work transnationally and across sectors. The above mentioned strategic objectives will be accomplished by achieving the following specific objectives and deliverables of the project: - Building capacity of sport staff and volunteers - Enhancing participation in physical activities among employees - Dissemination campaign and sustainability of the network that is published through this page expresses the views of the project beneficiaries only and it does not represent the views of the European Union or the European Commission.
