โ–ถSummary

"GOAL - Get Out After Learning" is a sports project that aims to use sport as a powerful tool for social inclusion and reintegration. What we want to do is to involve the best fintess influencers from participating countries in different types of sport challenges. Each influencer will be the captain of a team whose members will be individuals from disadvantaged social backgrounds, such as: migrants, inhabitants of no-go areas and ex-prisoners from juvenile prisons. Special attention is paid to this category of people as they often find it very difficult to be properly reintegrated into society. The project will start in 2024 and will last six months during which two physical meetings will be organised. The first one three months after the start of the project and the second one at the end of the six months. At the end of the two physical meetings, two charity dinners will be held. The proceeds will be donated to local associations that fight daily for the social integration of marginalised people. Throughout the duration of the project, the influencers will be invited to complete online challenges. The challenges will be validated by a jury and, in case of success, points will be awarded to the influencers. At the end of the project, the best fitness influencer will win a cheque for 10,000โ‚ฌ to be donated to charity. One of the main causes leading young people to delinquency is early school leaving. Therefore, for the duration of the project, young people between the ages of 12 and 19 could request free individual and group lessons for educational support in one or more subjects. During the project we will also dedicate moments to the terrible situation Ukraine is currently facing. We have involved the Ukrainian European powerlifting champion "Eva Bardaieva" who will be one of the fitness coachesof the project. Dr. Bardaieva will give a direct testimony of how, in order to continue to cultivate her dream, she had to leave her home. that is published through this page expresses the views of the project beneficiaries only and it does not represent the views of the European Union or the European Commission.
