ā–¶Summary

The aim of the project is to increase the capacity of volleyball-specific muscle and joint groups from the moment young volleyball players start playing volleyball. Drill and training formats that will be developed by experts and coaches for this purpose will be a strong foundation for children's volleyball careers. Because volleyball is a sports branch with a very high injury rate and causes posture disorder when it works uniformly. In our project, we will analyze the data we will collect from coaches and adult volleyball players and determine the regions with the most injuries/posture disorders. Motivation of the project: • Classical training methods that have been used for many years, especially in local sports clubs, • Data obtained through research on injuries experienced in volleyball. (very few injuries due to impact, high rate of muscle and joint injuries) • Researches to support the development of children from the moment they start playing volleyball. • Developing the capacity of young coaches. • Providing PE teachers with training alternatives for volleyball. • Encouraging similar studies within different branches. BLOCK IN project deals with Erasmus+ sports priorities under various titles. Within the scope of the project, 40 drills and 10 training methods will be developed for children in volleyball. Developed outputs are validated by pilot applications. The interactive digital booklet will be disseminated through films, conferences and other dissemination channels. that is published through this page expresses the views of the project beneficiaries only and it does not represent the views of the European Union or the European Commission.
