Tiny Habit s For HEPA project aims to create a workplace culture that supports physical activity and healthy lifestyle habits. This will involve encouraging breaks for movement and physical activity, promoting work-life balance, and creating a supportive environment for employees to prioritize their health and wellbeing. DeM (Türkiye),CFSK(The North Macedonia), Animus(Poland) and Aktyvistai(Lithuania) set up a consortium for 12 months long project which is targeting to reach out the specific objectives as below: SO1- To create a network, sustainable partnerships and collaboration atmosphere of NGOs, sport clubs, and public bodies to design, promote and implement physical activity and healthy lifestyle programs for women. SO2- To evaluate the effectiveness of physical activity programs designed for women who are working in NGOs, and to identify best practices that can be shared with other organizations and communities by research and active implementations in the field. SO3- To provide training program and resources to NGOs, sport clubs, and public bodies on how to effectively design and deliver physical activity programs for women, with a focus on ergonomics and healthy lifestyle which will be supported in workplaces. 8 NGO workers, 8 sports coaches and 8 Public institutions representatives will take part in Training of Trainers activity to spread the impact in local, national and EU level by doing multiplier events based on physical activities with women and organizations. SO4- To raise awareness directly on 200 women, 8 NGOs, 8 Sport Clubs and public bodies about the importance of physical activity for women's health and well-being, and to promote positive attitudes and habits towards regular exercise and active lifestyles. To increase the participation of 200 women directly and 1000 by dissemination activities in physical activity programs, especially those who may face barriers to participation such as time, working environment, low income etc. that is published through this page expresses the views of the project beneficiaries only and it does not represent the views of the European Union or the European Commission.
