It brings together key stakeholders including the National Olympic Committees (NOCs) of Moldova and Ukraine, along with academic institutions such as Moldova State University (MSU), and sports organizations like the European Non-Governmental Sports Organisation (ENGSO) and the European Olympic Academies (EOA). Scope: the project seeks to address the current status of integrity in sports within the partner countries and to establish a roadmap for progress. Key focus areas include combating match-fixing and corruption, enhancing good governance, promoting positive values, boosting grassroots events, and tackling doping. Objectives: 1. Conduct a Needs Assessment: Identify gaps in the implementation of sports values, particularly integrity, within partner countries 2. Build Networks: Facilitate the creation and expansion of networks between organizations, countries, and regions through round tables and networking activities. 3. Share Best Practices: Advance the exchange of best practices and ideas to enhance the capacity of partners in promoting integrity. 4. Develop National Strategies: Assist partner NOCs in developing and implementing National Strategies/Roadmaps to promote integrity in sports and address existing gaps. 5. Strengthen Cooperation: Raise the capacity of sports organizations in the region and foster international cooperation for better coordination of sport activities. By promoting integrity as a core value within and through the Olympic Committees, the Integrity Atlas project strives to create a more ethical and inclusive sporting environment in the Neighbourhood region, fostering greater trust and cooperation among all stakeholders involved. that is published through this page expresses the views of the project beneficiaries only and it does not represent the views of the European Union or the European Commission.
