This involves a balanced lifestyle—proper diet, exercise, healthcare access, positive mindset, and supportive social environment. Prioritizing health, project Runners4All advocate for lifelong healthy habits. Transitioning from adolescence poses challenges to physical and mental health, particularly for students. Aligned with European initiatives and HealthyLifeStyle4All Youth Ideas Labs, project encourages civic engagement through sports, promoting health-enhancing activities focusing on mental health, solidarity integration, an eco-friendly approach and empowered young voices. Integrating with events like the European Students Run, it emphasizes inclusive activities such as walking and running, targeting students and experienced runners. Crucially, project aims for long-term outcomes, promoting running as a fundamental, accessible sport for all ages. Aligned with the European Green Deal, the project incorporates eco-friendly practice and COL’s sustainable event guidelines, for a positive impact on the environment. Advancing gender equality is central to the project partnership, aligning with the Gender Equality Agenda 2020-2025. The project ensures gender inclusivity, using inclusive language and imagery, adhering to privacy and ethical standards per EU and national laws. The project's intergenerational approach motivates individuals of all ages to adopt healthy habits through sports, fostering values like tolerance, achievement, respect, and honesty. Runners4All incentivizes students, promoting European and sports values, strengthening motivation, and enhancing mental well-being. Involving diverse populations in running, including inactive individuals, recreational athletes, and those with disabilities, contributes to social cohesion and personal growth.
