The M.A.D. (Mothers And Daughters) Padel project promotes gender equality and social inclusion through intergenerational sports activities. Funded under Erasmus+, it fosters mother-daughter participation in padel, strengthening family bonds and promoting active lifestyles.Led by Green Padel ASD (Italy) and Sant Cugat Creix (Spain), the project offers free training sessions, school open days, and an international tournament, engaging mothers, daughters, and coaches in an inclusive sports environment.With a focus on accessibility, sustainability, and cross-border cooperation, M.A.D.
