Summary

The aim of the project is to implement a new ideas for involving experienced sport trainers in the ongoing activities of sports clubs. The specific nature of the profession of sport trainer assumes the greatest commitment at the age of 25-50. Later, trainers slowly withdraw from activity in the profession, looking for other activities, e.g. administrative. This is due, among others, to the employment formula: trainers are rarely employed full-time and benefit from the protection of labour law. Most often they are employed on short-term contracts, and the length of their work depends, for example, on sports performance. The lack of an attractive formula for cooperation with senior trainers that would use their potential and experience is often pointed out by our partners - sports clubs with which we implement various types of projects. Our project aims to develop several model ideas to facilitate the involvement of senior coaches in sports clubs in a variety of roles, both sporting and organisational, to benefit all stakeholders in order to involve seniors in sports clubs. that is published through this page expresses the views of the project beneficiaries only and it does not represent the views of the European Union or the European Commission.
