JUDO4LLC - Judo for Lifelong Learning Communities
โถSummary
The Judo for Lifelong Learning Community (Judo4LLC) project promotes lifelong learning, social inclusion, and personal development by integrating education and digital-based collaborative tools into grassroots sport. It enables skills development and community engagement through learning between clubs and among peers. The project seeks to (1) develop a peer-to-peer lifelong learning framwork for Judo clubs and participants, (2) create an online platform for sharing and knowledge collaboration, and (3) develop engagement, leadership, and inclusivity through Judo to support lifelong learning. According to European sport and non-formal education policies, the project will aim at developing a Judo4LLC model based on EU Key Competences for Lifelong Learning, an online platform for knowledge sharing, and a pilot program involving 20 clubs and 200 participants from 6 countries. With this project, cooperative learning will be triggered, allowing participants to learn, share, teach, and develop key competencies from inside and outside the Judo mat. The project is coordinated by Sportno Drustvo GIB Ljubljana Sisk (Slovenia), a highly experienced coordinator of Erasmus+ Sport projects, and partners such as the International Judo Federation (based in Hungary), the European Association for the Education of Adults (based in Belgium), the Judo Klub Rijeka (Croatia), the Associazione Italiana Sport Educazione (Italy) โ a newcomer organization in Erasmus+ Sport, and Qantara Sports (through the Portuguese branch, Onda Versรกtil). that is published through this page expresses the views of the project beneficiaries only and it does not represent the views of the European Union or the European Commission.
