TFUHTS - To finish, you have to start!
โถSummary
The "To Finish, You Have to Start!" project aims to promote a healthy lifestyle by encouraging participation in sports, physical activity, and healthy eating among young people, including those at risk of social isolation. Through a multidisciplinary approach and transnational cooperation, innovative methods and successful practices will be applied to ensure accessibility and inclusion, allowing young people, regardless of their socio-economic status, to participate in sports activities. The main project activities include two transnational workshops and a final seminar, where partner organizations will develop an interactive platform, create effective methods to increase physical activity among young people, and propose policy recommendations to local authorities for promoting a healthy lifestyle. The Online Motivation-Educational Platform will serve as an innovative digital space featuring a database of sports clubs and organizations, offering free video lessons for training at home and outdoors. Another key element is sports demonstrations in marginalized areas, where open training sessions on mobile inflatable air tracks will take place, motivating young people towards a more active lifestyle. As part of the European Week of Sport, a Mega Talent Tournament will be held, where all organizations included in the platform will have the opportunity to showcase the best of various sports through attractive demonstrations and promote their activities in a special "Gravity Zone", attracting new members. The project is expected to engage at least 200 young people and bring together over 50 sports clubs and organizations. Its long-term sustainability will be ensured through free access to the platform, which will remain open to all sports organizations wishing to use and develop it further. Through transnational cooperation and the exchange of best practices, the project will contribute to fostering a more active, healthy, and socially engaged European generation! that is published through this page expresses the views of the project beneficiaries only and it does not represent the views of the European Union or the European Commission.
