GGCS - Good governance and compliance for the good
▶Summary
The GGCS project upholds shared EU values by promoting transparency, democracy, and equality in sports governance, ensuring that federations, leagues, and clubs operate under ethical and non-discriminatory principles. The GGCS project aims to enhance governance, compliance, risk management, financial responsibility, and sustainable development in sports organizations through five workshops (minimum 50 participants in total) and three Proof of Concept (PoC) implementations of our “audit and remediation package” in a federation, professional league, and club. Moreover, a tech platform will be developed to facilitate measurements of the situation of the said sport entities as well as their improvement following the first evaluations. By integrating the tech partner’s expertise, the consortium can adopt data-driven approaches to assess and enhance governance standards across participating organizations. that is published through this page expresses the views of the project beneficiaries only and it does not represent the views of the European Union or the European Commission.
