โ–ถSummary

This project aims to equip some of the most influential figures in water polo world and their nonprofit organizations with digital tools to digitize, manage, share, and track coaching curriculum and interactive activities for young athletes worldwide. Building on the 2024 small-scale initiative, "Coaching Reimagined", which developed a digital platform for coaching curriculum management while 3 professional water polo clubs from Greece, Spain, and Italy collaborated to create structured courses and implement pilot programs both onsite and remotely. This initiative will scale elite-level training, making it more accessible to young athletes and youth teams worldwide. The project will be implemented in three phases: 1.Digitization & Platform Training: Integrating and optimizing training materials, structuring content for interactivity, planning upcoming activities, and preparing the platform for large-scale implementation. 2.Pilot Weekly Challenges, Courses & Remote Community Engagement (8 weeks): Each week, short courses will be presented online, featuring a major challenge freely accessible via the platform, website, and social media. Athletes and teams worldwide will track progress, submit results, and engage in friendly competition and discussions remotely. 3.Large-Scale Implementation at HaBaWaBa International Festival & Dissemination of Results: The project will be integrated into the worldโ€™s largest youth water polo event (~1,500 participants, 8 days long), providing free access to training content, live and remote challenges, progress-tracking activities, and onsite presentations for broad dissemination of project results. This initiative addresses a critical gap in youth water polo, where structured and accessible training resources remain scarce. By leveraging digital tools, the project empowers coaches, connects young players and parents globally, and strengthens youth water polo development worldwide. that is published through this page expresses the views of the project beneficiaries only and it does not represent the views of the European Union or the European Commission.
