The RESOLVE project utilizes a three-tier framework to address football-related violence, discrimination, and racism through education, engagement, and digital innovation. The framework focuses on: (1) developing an inclusive Conflict Resolution Programme and Protocol equipping football fans, mental health experts, and football club members with strategies to tackle football violence and discrimination, (2) engaging and training football fans, mental health experts and football club members in activities that promote peacebuilding and foster non-violent, inclusive football environments, and (3) Introducing the RESOLVE Platform, Digital Stories, Documentary, and social media solutions to educate the football community, reduce violent behaviors, and promote a safer, more inclusive football culture. The RESOLVE project will produce a series of deliverables to achieve its objectives, including: (a) the RESOLVE Panel, consisting of a multidisciplinary team applying participatory action research to ensure an inclusive, evidence-based approach to conflict resolution in football, (b) the RESOLVE Conflict Resolution Programme and Protocol, featuring strategies addressing football-related violence, discrimination, and racism, (c) the RESOLVE Platform & Digital Stories, offering a digitized training programme, conflict resolution resources, and educational materials to engage the football community to stimulate behavioural change (d) National Training Implementations equipping the football community with the knowledge and skills to implement anti-violence and anti-discrimination strategies, and (e) Local Awareness Actions promoting peacebuilding and inclusive football environments while challenging the stigma surrounding football violence and (f) a Final Conference involving experts and stakeholders to share insights, best practices, and ensure project's sustainability as well as to promote inclusivity addressing violence in football through conflict resolution strategies. that is published through this page expresses the views of the project beneficiaries only and it does not represent the views of the European Union or the European Commission.
