The VALUE COMPASS project is designed to promote democratic values in and through sport in Europe. With the objective of establishing a common understanding and implementation of democratic values in sport this project will develop innovative approaches and tools to support sports organisations at European, national, and regional level. The project aims to develop a common understanding of values aligned with the values of the European Union and the Olympic Movement, among others, by providing structured guidance to sports organisations such as National Olympic Committees (NOCs), National Federations (NFs), regional bodies and local clubs. This guidance will help these organisations to strengthen democratic values and to sustainably implement them within the organisations' structures and activities. that is published through this page expresses the views of the project beneficiaries only and it does not represent the views of the European Union or the European Commission.
