This project aims to empower disadvantaged women, with a particular focus on Roma, disabled, and other vulnerable groups, by using sports as a tool for inclusion and participation. The project will focus on womens and family football, adapting activities to suit the needs and abilities of participants. The primary target group will be young girls and women, with an emphasis on promoting girls footbal, family sport and intergenerational participation. Project Objectives: 1. To enhance social inclusion and participation of 150 Roma, disabled and excluded womens through sports activities during the project. 2. To empower 150 Roma, disabled and excluded womens by building self-confidence, leadership, and teamwork skills during the project. 3. To promote gender equality and combat discrimination through sports in Resita, Sacharia and Budapest during the project. 4. To foster intercultural dialogue and understanding among 150 participants from different countries and backgrounds during the project. Project Activities: 1. Capacity Building Workshops: Workshops on leadership, teamwork, communication, and self-esteem building for participants and coaches. 2. Family Sports Days: Organize women and family futbal sports events involving families and communities to promote intergenerational participation and healthy lifestyles. 3. Exchange Visits: Participants and coaches will visit partner countries to share experiences, learn best practices, and build relationships. 4. Awareness-Raising Campaigns: Campaigns to promote gender equality, combat discrimination, and raise awareness of the benefits of sports for inclusion and participation. This revised project idea focuses solely on women and family football, aligning with the Erasmus+ Sport program's objectives.
