โ–ถSummary

The project focuses not only on the development of technology but also on building a community of active people promoting a healthy lifestyle through sport. We will create a free and accessible Smart TrAIner application that will be designed for everyone, including young people and seniors, regardless of their fitness level and sporting ability. A key element will be to test the app with both coaches and end-users, including senior citizens and young people, who will take part in alpha and beta testing. The app will support regular physical activity by offering exercises tailored to the fitness level and age of the users. Parallel to the app development, a series of local sports events, will take place, involving over 260 participants. The events combine physical activity, health education and app testing, including interactive training sessions, sports challenges such as intergenerational obstacle races and team games, as well as workshops on regeneration, nutrition and injury prevention. A special fitness zone will offer yoga, Pilates and outdoor activities such as plogging and eco-training. The project will culminate in two Intergenerational Sports Olympics, one in Poland and one in Italy, with at least 80 participants each. These events will combine competition with social integration, including team sports, athletics and eco-sports such as Nordic walking and tai chi. Participants will also test their agility, balance and coordination at agility stations. The project aims to engage people of all ages, promote a healthy lifestyle and foster intergenerational integration, including marginalized groups such as refugees and people with disabilities. We will also carry out a social media campaign including the #SmartMoveChallenge, encouraging users to share videos promoting the project's ideas, creating an engaged community in which physical activity becomes part of everyday life. that is published through this page expresses the views of the project beneficiaries only and it does not represent the views of the European Union or the European Commission.
