Summary

Development of a Registration Platform for Licensed European Tennis Coaches Objective The primary objective of this initiative is to establish a transparent and automated online system for the registration of licensed tennis coaches across Europe. This system will serve as a unified platform that respects the diversity of national coaching education structures while ensuring ease of mobility and professional recognition within the EU. Key Aims Coaching Education Systems The platform will facilitate the mutual recognition of national coaching education qualifications by providing a standardized yet flexible framework. This framework will ensure that each country’s distinct coaching education system is respected while aligning with overarching EU principles of transparency and equivalency. By integrating a fair and automated verification process, the system will enhance trust and cooperation among national tennis federations, governing bodies, and the broader sports education sector. Enhancing Mobility and Professional Opportunities The initiative will actively support the EU’s commitment to free movement by simplifying the process for licensed tennis coaches to work and travel across member states. Through an accessible registration system, coaches will be able to obtain clear recognition of their qualifications, reducing bureaucratic obstacles and fostering professional exchange. This will also contribute to raising coaching standards and increasing employment opportunities within the European tennis community. By promoting standardization while respecting national diversity, this project aligns with EU values of transparency, fairness, and professional development. It will strengthen the integrity of coaching professions and create a more interconnected European tennis coaching network. that is published through this page expresses the views of the project beneficiaries only and it does not represent the views of the European Union or the European Commission.
