Summary

Five partners organizations: ADILES (Guadeloupe, French RUP),coordinator, Cesie (Italy), DUG (Sweden), Beecom (Italy), Jarit (Spain), directly concerned by the unemplement and migrant crisis, designed the "In & Out" project. The purpose of the project is to develope and making available to professionals working with YWFO, educational tools and training to support young people whith fewer opportunities towards the voluntary commitment. Convinced that the transfer of innovations, the sharing of good practices and the coordination of efforts are potentially more effective in combating the civic disengagement of young people than an isolated action at the local level. The consortium share knowledges and experiences to create 6 methodological tools complementary and in open source RSL in order to strength skills and methodological resources of youth workers and promote the civic participation of the YWFO and the migrants.. These include: 1) Virtual Resource Center dedicated to Young volunteer involvement through culture 2) E-learning training in the form of modules enabling professionals to develop the skills and knowledge needed to accompany and support JAMO audiences in their ability to volunteer in cultural activities 3) Video testimonials Storytelling t-kit 4 & 5) Workshops around cultural / artistic activities and dance 6) An action-research which will result in a Guide of good practices dedicated to the accompaniment of the YWFO and migrants towards the cultural and voluntary commitment. Aims and objectives : 1) Strengthen the skills and knowledge capacities of youth workers working with the YWFO by providing them methodological tools that they can use in their accompanying practices 2) To raise awareness and develop the voluntary commitment of the YWFO to enhance their activities. Target audiences: - Young migrants / YWFO facing social, economic, geographic and educational barriers. Particular attention is paid to gender parity in the activities throughout the experiment, - Youth workers, social workers, community leaders committed to help young people in precarious situations. Results expeted : - Strengthening the skills of professionals and setting up a network of Ambassadors trained with this methodology - To increase the voluntary participation of the YWFO and migrants to promote their social integration. The "In & Out" is an relevant project în order to improve the social inclusion of youth migrants on a national and European scale, it stress on the importance of voluntary involvement as a tool for better integration and guarantees a peaceful intercultural dialogue within from Europe.
