Background Digitization in education is a priority of the European Commission. The application of digital lessons and participation in online platforms in education will ensure accessibility, relevance, the basis for quality education. Enhancing students' digital competence and skills in the form of classroom and extracurricular activities (interest clubs) is key to effective learning. On the other hand, the use of new digital tools and methods will increase the skills of teachers and support their professional development by initiating and contributing to the development of new materials for the educational process. Improving the quality of education, training and working with young people in and outside Europe, as well as combining increased levels of excellence and attractiveness with more opportunities for all, are some of the main priorities laid down in the project. He will develop innovative products and engage in intensive dissemination and exploitation activities of newly developed products and ideas. Objectives The project was implemented in the direction of promoting effective and innovative pedagogy, promoting the STE(A)M approach in education, through teaching in the context of sports and intercultural diversity. The project worked with young people aged 14 to 19, who are in school and are facing a major realization in life, based on knowledge and acquired competences. With the participation of foreign partners from several countries, organizations were given the opportunity to develop and strengthen networks, increase their capacity to work at a transnational level, share and challenge ideas, practices and methods. At the same time, the project promoted the implementation of a comprehensive and innovative approach to language teaching and learning (in line with the Council Recommendation on the Teaching and Learning of Foreign Languages), building on the growing linguistic diversity in schools, incorporating the use of new technologies to support learning in languages ​​and by individual leaders or role models - athletes, footballers together with teachers from schools. Implementation Within the framework of the project, meetings were also held with young people through which they acquired relevant knowledge, experience and skills for presentation and communication in a multicultural environment. They were offered guidelines for permanent rules for a successful life, through a healthy lifestyle, which is based on good daily physical training, good knowledge in the field of geography, as well as communication skills in a foreign language. And all this was supported by innovative intellectual products created for them in a completely new and attractive way. The prepared learning resources have led to increased motivation for learning languages, mathematics topics and exploring the world through the application of innovative teaching methods and a better connection of learning with the practical conditions of the digital age now and for the future. On the other hand, through the realization of the activities of the project, it helped build the capacity of specialists working with young people and practices in working with young people; Achievements The following results were achieved during and after the implementation of the project: - created intellectual products, namely: digital learning resources in the subjects – mathematics, geography and economics, as well as learning a foreign language, web based platform to deliver smart learning, motivation diary; - increased quality of education (formal and informal) in mathematics, geography and economics and a foreign language. - mastered and developed key competencies and skills (creativity, self-efficacy, logic, analytical, etc.), a prerequisite for successful professional, social and personal expression of young people; - use of innovative methods and approaches in training; - developed digital competences; - enriched language experience of the project participants; - developed social competences - communication skills, teamwork; - developed personal qualities; - improved learning and thinking skills; - developed student capacity; - retention of attention to the learning process.
