Summary

Background This project is the continuation of the project "VIP Values: Volunteering and ICT for Peace" (https://vipvalues.cibervoluntarios.org/), financed by the Erasmus+ programme in 2018 and coordinated by Fundación Cibervoluntarios, in which the partners Participants from Spain, Italy, Greece and Cyprus were able to exchange good practices and knowledge about ICT tools and methods to use in working with young migrants, creating a good practice guide, and applying the tools learned in pilots in each country, in the 79 migrants and refugees participated. This project has taken advantage of what has been learned and has increased the impact achieved, creating an innovative e-Learning platform, focused on the acquisition of ICT skills and knowledge of peace and non-violence values, so that young Europeans can create inclusive social projects directed to other young people in vulnerable situations, particularly migrants and refugees, and to SDGs 16, 10 and 4 of the United Nations 2030 Agenda. To achieve this, the focus of impact has been expanded to northern countries, and thus the 6 partner organizations are located in Spain, Italy, Cyprus, Belgium and Austria. Objectives VIP Values: ICT Skills for Peace Projects is a project that aims to sensitize young people in Europe about values of peace and non-violence, the situation of young migrants and refugees and the possibilities offered by ICT for the creation of projects focused on improve your situation. This is your main goal. The three most relevant objectives are: 1-Highlighting among young Europeans the problem of young people in vulnerable situations, especially migrants and refugees; 2- Creating an innovative online training platform with content and training methods in ICT tools, social entrepreneurship and peace values, for the creation of projects focused on the inclusion of young people in vulnerable situations. 3-Creating a usability report, through local training activities in the use of the platform for young people in partner countries, and create projects aimed at SDGs 16, 10 and 4, based on such activities. Implementation 4 transnational meetings have been held between project partners for its correct implementation; a short-term training activity for 21 volunteers, trainers and youth workers from partner organisations; 7 local training activities to test the training resources and the eLearning platform, in 4 countries, with 188 young people participating, and 37 projects focused on peace created. 5 multiplier events have been carried out that have reached 113 people. An informative project website has been created with all the information and resources available for download. The project, activities and results have been disseminated on the social networks of partner organizations, reaching 58,482 people, thus also having an impact outside the consortium. Achievements The 4 expected results have been produced, in which the entire consortium has participated, as well as the associated members: The methodological processes and framework for the creation of the ELearning platform and the resources have been created, the learning platform has been developed, With an informative public part and a private part for course administrators and a virtual campus for students, the training guide has been created with resources for the creation of projects focused on peace and the inclusion of vulnerable young people, and the use of the platform. Finally, everything has been tested in local training activities, and a product usability report has been made, based on them. The objectives of the project have been met, and even exceeded, with some recommendations for improvement, but with very good evaluation by the people participating in the project.
