Background The PLAY project encourages youth workers and organizations (in a number of professions) to begin developing strategies for information dissemination and use podcasts as a medium for information distribution. In order to make the projects that are already in place better, Erasmus+ National Agencies should be encouraged to employ podcasts, which are a new mode of information dissemination. The needs included the lack of dissemination strategies and the lack of digital competences of youth workers, the lack of information of newcomers organizations and youth workers about the Erasmus+ YA programme and project life cycle, the lack of knowledge of NGO and youth workers about new NFE methodologies to use in youth work and to improve dissemination strategies, and the lack of information of newcomers organizations and youth workers about the Erasmus+ YA programme and project life cycle. Objectives 1. Provide youth workers with know-how for podcast planning and developing initiatives with youngsters and improving their dissemination and communication competencies. 2. Increase the understanding of youth exchanges project life cycle such as: needs analysis, objectives and activities, cooperation with partners, intercultural learning, learning assessment, results, impact, project evaluation and dissemination. 3. Provide introduction to the Erasmus+: Youth in Action Programme, focusing on main features and priorities; 4. Critically reflect upon their previous international experience(s) - good and bad practices- as participants, coordinators or as partners; 5. Help participants use their learnings, share knowledge, and improve NGO communication and dissemination by brainstorming project ideas together during one project session; 6. Experience non-formal learning and learn how to promote youth learning in the project; 7. Encourage constructive dialogue between experienced and young groups to form partnerships for future projects. 8. Improve participants' and organizations' youth work and international collaboration skills. 9. Improving Non Formal Education and Recognizing Learnings (Podcast). Implementation ACTIVITIES: - IO1 - A Toolkit on How to Produce Podcasts, as well as How to Use Them in Youth Work; - IO2 - A Training Course Framework for Youth Workers on Dissemination Strategies and Podcasts; - IO3: The production of ten podcasts about the Erasmus+ youth sector and project design (objectives, priorities, and KA105; needs analysis in YW; project objectives and activities; cooperation with partners; intercultural learning; learning assessment; outcomes; project evaluation; effect; dissemination); - IO4 โ Manual of best practices for project distribution; - Three transnational project meetings (one each in Greece, Portugal, and Romania); - One Transnational Project Online; - One short term learning, teaching, training activities in Portugal - January 2023; - Activities in coordination - ongoing for the whole of the project; - Five multiplier events Multiple events are scheduled for the month of May and June 2023; - Online dissemination activities - During all the time of the project; - Evaluation activities.
