My Decision, My Job, My Future !

Background As Hatay Foundation, our aim was to provide trainings to help youth employment with this project. We all know that our young people want to enter the labor market after graduation. However, employers do not hire our newly graduated young people because they are inexperienced. Employers see newly graduated young people as more of a financial burden. We have helped our young people by providing trainings that will open the door to business life and help them with our project partners from Poland, Spain and Slovakia. Objectives Our goal with the project was to prepare our newly graduated inexperienced young people for the business world and to ensure that they are successful in their business life. Our young people receive theoretical education at the universities where they are educated, but they cannot fully learn the practical education required in their professional lives. We also provided practical training with this project. Most importantly, young people, who is the European Union? What is Erasmus Plus? and who is the Turkish National Agency, they learned this important and valuable. We made presentations about Youthpass and Erasmus Opportunities to our young people and enabled them to benefit from Erasmus Plus projects. We aimed to provide experience to newly graduated young people who are inexperienced in business life with the trainings we provide with the project, so that they will be successful in the business world. Together with our project partners, who have different experiences on a large platform like Erasmusplus, we provide opportunities to our economically and socially disadvantaged young people and ensure that they are actively involved, that they are not alone, that they are with European Projects when they want to realize a problem and their goals, and that a large institutional structure such as the Turkish National Agency is with the young people. Implementation In order to implement our project well and to ensure that the trainings to be given are more efficient and effective for young people, we held transnational meetings, which are indispensable for strategic projects, with our project partners. In addition, we conducted online meetings with our partners to analyze our project and reach more young people and ensure that more projects are effective. By adding their experience together with our project partners, our young people have received important trainings for the business world on a large platform such as Erasmusplus. As the results of the trainings we provide to the youth before the training and the tests we provide after the training show, we have seen concretely that the trainings we provide to our youth are efficient and effective.
