Background According to the European Commission, support for innovative startups will help the European Union catch up with the United States and take the lead in developing high-tech business projects.Тhe Commission has used all the tools at its disposal to help companies overcome the coronavirus crisis. Commission's strategy for the development of small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) in the European Union was recently presented. The main goal of the strategy is to open more than 1.2 billion euros of investment in startups this year by financing startups and scaleups - or an increase of more than 4 times than expected, according to the EC. Within the European Union, the Bulgarian startup ecosystem has developed extremely rapidly in recent years and now needs special measures to deal with the effects of coronavirus. At the end of March, a coalition of key organizations from the startup ecosystem sent an open letter to the Bulgarian government with proposals for immediate measures to support innovative SMEs in the start-up and active phase of development. BESCO,EDIT,Endeavor and BVCA are behind concrete proposals to help startup transition smoothly through the COVID-19 crisis and ensure their positive development and growth in the future Objectives Тhe project directly corresponds to the selected priority "Social Inclusion", providing work with the target group - young people with interest and desire to create and develop a startup business in the countries of the partner organizations in the project. The project envisages an entrepreneurship academy, which will be based on a training program / business academy composed of seven interconnected training modules, in which experienced experts in various business fields and successful entrepreneurs pass on their knowledge, skills and experience through interactive teaching methods. The academy is specially designed for people with entrepreneurial ideas, start-up entrepreneurs, owners of micro and small businesses to provide them with the necessary resource of knowledge, practical skills and confidence to develop their ideas and turn them into successful business ventures, to find new jobs. places and contribute to the development of the local economy. Implementation The main goal of the project is to transfer practical knowledge and experience to young people through a series of lectures and meetings with successful professionals, so that in upon completion of the academy, the 45 participants will be able to successfully start and manage their own business. Within the training modules, knowledge and experience gained on the basis of the studied good practices and exchange of experience, which are the result of experience and acquired knowledge of our partners, we hope that in this way will be built on existing good practices in the field of non-formal education of the three organizations (training methods that stimulate the personal potential of students) will create an innovative training methodology specifically aimed at the needs of young people at risk of marginalization from small settlements. Achievements The following results will be achieved during the implementation and after the completion of the project: 1) Developed and implemented Innovative Training Methodology, which: 1.1 Apply non-formal education methods for young people; 1.2 The methodology will cover seven innovative training modules applicable together and separately in training for young people; 1.3 The methodology will aim to develop in young people key competences related to youth sports entrepreneurship; 2) Developed skills of 10 youth workers from the three countries to apply the 7 training modules, as well as the development of digital, social and civic skills and skills for initiative and entrepreneurship; 3) Trained 45 young people Bulgaria, Turkey and the Netherlands, including young people at a disadvantage due to (different ethno-cultural affiliation and / or low social status). 4) Encouraged intersectoral cooperation through the transfer of the developed training methodology and good practices. 5) Created training resource for practicing youth work, building on good practices of the three organizations - a new training product
