Summary

Background The project answered the questions/challenges highlighted by the European Commission when it addressed young people on 9/5/2018 with the pan-European #EUandME campaign, which opened an important dialogue about opportunities within the EU and drew attention to the benefits that the EU offers to young people on the entrepreneurial path. [Allow yourself to dream/believe in yourself/everything is possible] - phrases with which parents/teachers/educators/other authorities address young people who have yet to embark on their business/career journey and find a dream job. Dreams and self-belief are not enough for young people to be able to use their talents and earn money through work that makes them happy/fulfilling, they must continue to be well aware of their identity (who I am/what I want/what talents I have/who I am not/what I am not) want/what job I feel called to) and develop some communication/social skills that helped them find the right direction in life and become independent. Young people in particular have a lot of (very) good ideas, innovative ideas/solutions, but they lack the personal competence to implement them. On the basis of a thorough analysis and many years of experience, we recognized the need for a tool and an extensive accompanying publication, which represented quality material for youth work, aimed at promoting innovative ideas, strengthening motivation and thorough preparation for sovereign entry into the business/entrepreneurial floor within the EU. At the same time, we wanted this same material to strengthen the competences of youth/counseling/pedagogical/support workers in the field of innovative thinking and personal growth, and enable their successful transfer into practice. Therefore, within the framework of partnership cooperation with org. from Macedonia, Romania and Estonia, based on the exchange of experiences and examples of good practice, tried to create intellectual results (IR01 and IR02), launched in e-form and written in 8 languages (Slovenian, English, Romanian, Hungarian, Macedonian, Serbian, Estonian, Russian), which ensured easier accessibility and mass dissemination of the results. Objectives Objectives -Establish a strategic partnership, enable the exchange of various conceptual and experiential practices, increase the quality of work - To draw attention to continuous personal growth and its influence on the achievement of personal and business goals -Encourage entrepreneurship and innovation among young people -Strengthen the competences of youth/consulting/pedagogical/support workers in the field of innovative thinking and personal growth, transferring them into practice - To create an innovative tool for empowering the target group, equipping it with the necessary skills to realize ideas and a more sovereign presence on the market -Disseminate the results among other related orgs. at local/national/EU level - Successfully integrate personal growth into the educational process of young people We focused on the development of IR 01 and 02, which brings about the realization of the basic idea, and in the broadest sense, by promoting social inclusion through educational processes, we advocated for equality/justice/solidarity, helping the individual to actively integrate into social environment, preserved his own identity and made the most of his talents IR 01 TOOL: #startMEup comprises 3 modules: • I CREATE - how do I get creative ideas • I CAN do it - how do I get the motivation to make them happen • I START - how to sovereignly present them to the EU market. Implementation Performed activities: 1) MANAGEMENT and COORDINATION - regular monitoring of the implementation of partners' activities, - communication with NA, - cost monitoring, - monitoring and implementation of project activities - coordination of the international project team and cooperation in the implementation of project activities, -- communication protocol, risk management plan or crisis protocol. 2) DEVELOPMENT OF INTELLECTUAL RESULTS and TOOL TESTING - creation of intellectual results of the project at the 4th international project meetings - 4th international project meetings - testing individual modules of the new tool at international project meetings 3) DISSEMINATION and SPREAD - Presentation of the intellectual result to the professional and general public (all partner organizations) - international conference in Slovenia - video production - dissemination of the intellectual results of the project through various e-channels (website of each partner organization and FB and IG profile of the partner organization and own private FB/IG profile). 4) MONITORING and EVALUATION - evaluation with the aim of ensuring quality project implementation, - preparation of a monitoring and evaluation plan - evaluation of both intellectual results Achievements The concrete results of the project are certainly both intellectual results: (IR 01) TOOL: #startMEup consisted of 3 modules, the hybrid of which was the carrier of innovation and optimal efficiency: • I CREATE (how I get creative ideas: lateral thinking outside the box), • I CAN (how I get the motivation to realize them: awareness of my own worth), • I START (how I sovereignly present them to the EU market: social and communication skills). (IR 02) E-PUBLICATION, equipped with theoretical-practical steps and instructions for users, enabled the implementation of comprehensive/effective informal education, which took into account modern trends within the EU and covered all essential international elements that led to the improvement of the quality of the individual's appearing on the labor market and actively exploiting one's own talents and creative-innovative ideas. As such, it also represented an example of starting material for implementation within other activities/industries/sectors. the multiplicative event START UP YOUR DREAMS: EU IS YOUR STAGE was held in Slovenia, where all discussed topics were illuminated, and both IR and video were also presented (for the purpose of informing and disseminating the results).
