โถObjectives
The project aimed to achieve several key outcomes with a focus on empowering women caregivers for successful reintegration into the labour market and improving their prospects in the workforce after the caring episode. This involves the development of a comprehensive training programme and tailored career counselling methods to strengthen the personal, social and professional competences of working-age family carers, help them recognise and validate the valuable skills gained through caregiving, improve their self-confidence on the job market and provide adequate tools to manage caregiving responsibilities and professional career. At the level of adult educators, the project aimed to increase the awareness of counsellors and trainers for the situation of working age family carers and improve their knowledge and competences in providing tailored career support and training to the target group.
