Objectives

The main objective of the Burnout Coaching project was: - to improve the competences of adult trainers through coaching, mentoring and training; - to develop in young adults and adult learners’ self-awareness and resilience skills towards the probability of burnout in professional life; - trainers from our organizations as well as the target group of adult educators to have a reliable and accessible go-to source when facing a burnout spectrum problem while working with individuals or with groups. The ultimate aim of the project was to equip the target group - trainers, with contemporary, relevant skills, knowledge and attitudes to design, organize, deliver and assess training to adult learners with focus and care on preventing burnout, and to make the feel more aware on the sigs of burnout so they can design trainings that contribute to the wellbeing and productivity of their learners and audiences.

Impact

PM and Coordination - related to project steering and quality management. This activity was ongoing from the very beginning of the project until its official finalization; Concrete results of the PM activities are attached to this report – PM plan, Quality management plan, Risk plan, Progress report. Elaboration of Manual for Adult Trainers – we implemented the planned delivery strategy: - Design of draft: elaborated by key expert staff of both participating organizations; - Testing: Once the draft was ready, each participating organisation organised a focus group session at local level in order to familiarize the target group with the proposed structure of the manual and to gather feedback from the participants. NMCT designed a questionnaire for the partnership to implement during the focus group sessions. - Piloting: Once all amendments have been approved, we conducted a training session with representatives of the target group, Train-the-trainers in adult education session; 15 trainers on 9 February 2023; Pre-evaluation and evaluation following the training sessions were conducted to assess the learning achievements of the selected trainers. Report from the session with key learnings and feedback is attached in Annexes.
