▶Objectives
The FLIPPMI objective is to support Intercultural Mediators in school contexts by providing them with the necessary tools and resources to be able to strengthen the participation of migrant families in Flipped Learning through Family Learning methods. Through their role, training and resources, Intercultural Mediators can have a positive impact on the engagement of migrant parents in their children's schooling, on the creation of bridges between migrant families and school staff and positive effects on the academic success of migrant children. Providing support and tools to Intercultural Mediators is essential in particular via European partnerships, as it is a relatively new profession, which is not yet fully harmonised in the various EU countries (IOM, 2021). Hence, we have developed the following results: 1.Matrix of Competences - PR1 2.Online Campus for Intercultural Mediators - PR2 3.Practical Activities Set - PR3 4.The creation of cooperative links between school professionals, bodies providing support for migrants, experts in innovative teaching methods,... The 3 PRs are intended to be easily appropriated by different professionals as they can be adapted to other contexts and different beneficiaries.

▶Impact
The partnership followed the proposal to develop the three project results: A Matrix of Competences addressing Intercultural Mediators and aiming at helping to develop their professional profile. This project result wanted to facilitate the setting of a framework for the assessment of learning outcomes based on the ECVET methodology. This process was thus based on EQF and ECVET guidelines. The definition of a EQF level for the Learning Outcomes was considered to define the complexity, range and level of learning expected to be achieved. The Online Campus is constituted of 6 Units, each focusing on a different theme and offering quizzes to test the users learnings. This project result provides Intercultural Mediators with a comprehensive series of practical tools, methods, exercises and activities to be applied in their daily practice supporting migrant pupils and parents. Practical activities are adaptable to the needs of users and beneficiaries, as well as to the different national contexts.
