AgileXR aimed to bolster digital and social competencies within distance and hybrid learning environments. Our objectives were twofold: firstly, to elevate the digital proficiency of teachers and all students, enabling them to utilize web and XR technologies effectively. This enhancement was designed to foster improved teamwork and collaboration, making learning more engaging, interactive, and accessible. Secondly, we sought to ameliorate the well-being of students by integrating innovative digital tools and agile learning rituals that encourage social interaction and support, thus addressing issues of isolation and disengagement. Through targeted training and deploying these methods, we aimed to nurture key competencies such as communication, teamwork, creative thinking, and emotional expression, ultimately cultivating a more inclusive and supportive educational landscape.
