Objectives

We defined a need for a digital tool that allows for three types of training: independent, with a lecturer and mixed form (including function for exam and certification option). The established partnership also aimed gaining experience for working in an international environment, improving linguistic and digital competences of teachers and realization of first European project for the beneficiary and one of the partners.

Impact

Working in an international project had a significant impact on the motivation and self-esteem of the trainers from the three small organizations. Participation in the implemented project contributes to increasing the professional competence of the staff, to improving access to the offered training for adults and to improving the digital skills of all participants. Trainers have gained a high degree of autonomy and self-reliance in preparing, conducting and finalizing distance learning courses for adults.
