MICRO interactive video clips for RAPID learning by GAME experience on MOBILE
▶Summary
MIRAGAMO project idea emerged as a result of the increasing shift from traditional training activities towards distance and digital learning forms and in order to respond to the increasing demand of business organizations and public institutions for flexible and online accessible learning content for their teams. After the Covid-19 crisis, the project addressed the need and benefits of distance and online learning solutions in a context of restricted access to workplace, schools and training centers. On the other hand, the content of the MIRAGAMO education modules has a particular focus on social inclusion and diversity management topics. The project idea was also developed within the context of persisting lack of equal opportunities in most EU countries’ labor markets and the continuing resistance of many employers to efficiently implement diversity and inclusion (D&I) measures within their organizations. The MIRAGAMO project had the ambition to propose an innovative training method applied to a digital format that helps to break gender stereotypes and stimulates behavioral changes leading to a more equal labour market by using an innovative combination of business theatre method, gaming method and digital learning.
▶Objectives
The main objectives of this project were to encourage adult participation in training activities and to raise awareness on diversity and inclusion (D&I) challenges by providing high-quality ICT based micro-learning formats adopting an innovative approach that combines traditional learning content with a social learning experience. To do so, the MIRAGAMO partnership worked on the development, validation and dissemination of an innovative training method applied to a digital format that helps to break gender stereotypes and stimulates behavioural changes leading to a more equal labour market. The project aimed at building capacity in the partnering organizations for further development and exploitation of the created project outputs so that they can autonomously produce additional education content using the MIRAGAMO method after the end of the project in order to increase the effectiveness of the adult learning practices in their countries and improve the level of participation. By implementing the MIRAGAMO project, partners aimed at providing educational content dedicated to social inclusion topics that will stimulate behavioural changes leading to a more equal and inclusive labour market.

Each of those elements could be used separately (R2). INTANGIBLE RESULTS: - Already during the project, the collaborating organisations achieved an improvement of their staff qualification and ability to produce innovative training tools and to provide training content based on D&I topics. The project was the occasion for partners to strengthen their collaboration and to start working on new collaboration project ideas that led to the start of new projects under the Erasmus+ program, including a continuation of the MIRAGAMO initiative. - Thanks to the implementation of C&D activities and multiplier events, partners have reached over 60 SMEs and organizations in Spain, Bulgaria, and Belgium that have also manifested their interest in the D&I topics and in using the produced MIRAGAMO tool. Therefore, at the end of the project, partners have already made the first steps toward the following long-term impact on the society: - Reduced effect of male labour stereotypes; improved gender equality, better opportunities for women professional development; - Improved social inclusion in European public and private organizations, increased employees’ well-being and jobs sustainability; - Increased use of digital tools for adult training purposes; - Improved levels of compliance with D&I legal frameworks.
