HED-RES-EU consortium shares joint mission and vision statement to cooperate and work within different environment, in different languages, and across borders, sectors and academic disciplines, and to positively contribute to the sustainable development and green way of learning and living. Our target achievements refer to: changing and complement of the existing educational programs with appropriate knowledge and skills according to business practice and community needs; designing and organizing a tailor-made advanced, accessible and flexible teaching-learning material, and in particular targeting renewable energy resources; implementing modern teaching methods like learning by doing, gamification, flipped classroom, teaching masters and others to reach an active learning; involving into the project qualified academic staff dedicated to their work. HED-RES-EU builds upon the changing emphasis of the environment to the overall learning process by: Introducing innovative educational methods – problem centered, practical oriented and experimental; smart learning using AI techniques; developing new training materials linked to local environment and complementary to the existing research and integrating topics, and sharing experience.
