β–ΆObjectives

The project's goals included developing innovative teaching approaches in higher education, fostering entrepreneurship among teaching staff, cultivating an entrepreneurial mindset in students, promoting knowledge exchange between academia and business, addressing skills gaps between education and employment, and supporting collaboration among partner countries. The project aimed to align with European Union directives on developing new skills for life and business, catering to business needs not covered in mandatory university curricula, enhancing employability, and improving higher education quality. Key project objectives: - to align with EU directives for university students and educators, focusing on innovative life and business skills; - to address business skill gaps not covered in mandatory curricula to enhance employability; - to improve the overall quality of higher education. Through the project, participants acquired and developed skills in entrepreneurship, business communication, cyber security, information management, project management and ICT. Consequently, the project enhanced the foreign language proficiency and English knowledge of both university students and educators in the participating organizations.
