▶Objectives
By implementing the project, our primary goals were: Develop Educational Resources: We sought to create an innovative e-learning platform to support the development and transferability of training course contents. This platform serves as a valuable resource for stakeholders seeking to enhance their knowledge and skills within the Silver Economy. Promote Training and Innovation: Our objective was to deliver integrated training courses tailored to the needs of companies, NGOs, and local governments involved in the Silver Economy. These courses focus on aligning businesses with new technologies, promoting innovative approaches to social services, and driving adoption of supportive measures for healthy aging. Facilitate Collaboration and Visibility: We aimed to establish an Innovative Cluster for the Silver Economy, bringing together companies, service providers from various sectors such as Information Technology, Welfare, Health & Care, Tourism, Leisure/Sport, and Education and local governments. This cluster enhances collaboration among relevant actors and provide visibility to stakeholders within the Silver Economy.

Throughout the duration of the project, various activities were implemented across the three Work Packages: project management, communication/dissemination of project results, and quality management. These activities spanned the entire lifecycle of the project. Regarding the specific objectives of the project, activities were divided into four main Results. Firstly, activities related to mapping and establishing an Innovative Cluster for the Silver economy included developing guidelines for mapping the potential economic and business fabric, creating a list of potential members, defining the structure, aims, and activities of the Cluster, setting up a facilitation strategy for round tables, organizing thematic round tables in partners' countries, and involving/detecting potential members. InnoGrowth managed the successful implementation of these activities related to R1.
