โ–ถObjectives

By implementing the project, our objectives were to achieve the following: 1.Development of a practical tool - the Social Model for Online Learning (SMOL), which ensures effective digital, open, and innovative learning. The SMOL incorporates digital technologies and accelerative learning for teaching and learning, as outlined in the Action Plan for Digital Education. 2.Enhancing the competency of employees and teachers in VET in partner organizations through a model that enables the integration of online content and courses, including staff qualification. We aim was to establish systematic approaches and opportunities for initial and continuous professional development of teachers, instructors, and educators in VET. 3.Realizing effective partnership to implement strategies for improving and promoting social learning in VET. 4.Improving access to education and training for a wider range of learners, including low-skilled workers, migrants, and refugees, by utilizing the SMOL for continuous VET in partner organizations. Creating specific innovative materials and results R1-SMOL and R2-Facilitator's Handbook) and Mobile app to enhance the competence of teachers and trainers in VET.

โ–ถActivities

The MOOC4ALL project was developed through extensive preparation and collaboration among the partners. Emphasis was placed on expediting the implementation process while ensuring high-quality results and active communication between all PO's. The project encompassed short yet intensive research and training activities conducted over a span of 17 months. Under the guidance of the 'Project Management and Implementation' framework, all project activities were effectively coordinated and executed. The partner organizations promptly developed an intervention methodology, which was promptly implemented. The project's objectives and learning goals were achieved by focusing on the target group, personnel, and stakeholders. The project involved a diverse range of activities throughout its various stages, including preparation, implementation, and dissemination of project results. During the preparation process, key activities included delivering project presentations to employees, stakeholders, local authorities, and vocational education and training (VET) learners. Establishing connections with vocational schools, businesses, NGOs, and local authorities in partner countries played a vital role in project implementation. Surveys were conducted among unemployed or low-skilled students, as well as employees of partner organizations and related institutions working in the field of vocational education, training, and requalification. Meetings were held with representatives from vocational schools, local businesses, vocational training centers, authorities, and NGOs to align visions, assess emerging needs and skills, and gather experiences in the field of vocational education, requalification, competence enhancement, and the integration of migrants. These meetings focused on online and hybrid learning scenarios. Additionally, efforts were made to inform the general public about the project's preparation. During the implementation phase, activities included sharing project introductions and relevant information through various communication channels. Internal meetings were conducted to familiarize team members with project coordinators and partner teams. Effective communication channels, such as Google groups, chats, and social media platforms, were established, along with guidelines for efficient email communication among partners. Participation in local events facilitated the dissemination of project information to a broader audience of stakeholders, potential users, and partners. The project also contributed to the development and enhancement of the quality of VET in partner countries by creating an attractive logo and visual identity. Communication channels were established with experts, teachers, instructors, and students with low skills and/or migrants to identify emerging needs, conduct surveys, and share best practices during transnational project meetings involving internal staff. The SMOL model and handbook were created and translated into the national languages of the partners to ensure widespread use of the project's results among stakeholders and associated partners. A new type of mobile progressive application was developed to provide easy access to the SMOL model via mobile devices, facilitate communication among participants, and enable quick access to course links and materials, reminders, notes, and individual portfolios. Feedback was gathered from engaged stakeholders in the field of VET, qualification enhancement, and the integration of migrants and the unemployed. Evaluation of the project and follow-up activities involved analyzing and reporting the research conducted during the implementation phase. The research findings were finalized and shared with the project's stakeholders and the public. These evaluation activities ensured the successful implementation and management of the project, fostering collaboration and effective communication among the partner organizations and relevant stakeholders. The project's impact and results were maximized through effective dissemination efforts. Overall, the MOOC4ALL project, realized under the Erasmus+ KA2 program, demonstrated effective project management, coordination, and dissemination, leading to the achievement of its objectives in the field of VET.

โ–ถImpact

The MOOC4ALL project has achieved the following DIRECT RESULTS: 1. Social Model for Online Learning (SMOL): A universal model developed for group learning in online and live environments through social and digital learning. The model can be used for vocational education in various fields and for acquiring qualifications, retraining, and further skills development by students and learners in partner countries and across Europe. Indicators (I): At least 5 methods and 30 pages provided by a partner, including an integrated approach, evaluated during Transnational Project Meeting (TPM-2). Verification (V): Finished manual published after preliminary studies (TPM-1) and evaluation during TPM-2. Testing of the model by at least 10 groups in partner countries. Web Platform: A platform for digital use of SMOL and a database of materials produced and collected during the development of SMOL. It provides information about project activities and includes pages for project details, partner details, meetings, blog section (minimum 50 partner posts), SMOL description and usage, other project results, and contact information. Indicators (I): Number of blog posts (at least 150), comments, and blog topics. Number of likes on the project's Facebook page (? more than 600). Verification (V): Working SMOL website, user counter, regular updates and evaluation through the website, Facebook page, and blog.
