▶Activities
A unique Methodology for the elaboration of online lessons was developed. It was presented to educational practitioners during an international 5 days training focused on how, where, and which online tools could be used in VET schools, especially to teach vocational subjects. Besides the Methodology a Teacher training package, with a manual for participants and supporting materials enabling further training of VET school teachers on the use of digital and online tools to teach in distance learning environments was elaborated. After the international LTTA the trained participants peer-trained their colleagues on what they were taught during the LTTA. Later all practitioners created 72 lessons for online learning. The lessons served as the base for the created online wiki. The methodology in combination with the elaborated lessons and the online wiki for sharing lessons and experience represented a complex intervention model. It served as a platform to inspire the educators and gave them a solid base to develop the curriculum according to their needs. There was a multiplier event as well as national peer workshops in each partner country to close up the project where the results of the project were presented to the wider public.
