โ–ถObjectives

Climate change and environmental degradation threaten global employment and sustainable development. Combined with globalization and rapid technological advancement, there's a need to rethink labor market demands and employee qualifications. Current VET curricula are outdated, leading to a lack of well-trained staff and specialists for the green economy. The project aims to modernize VET curricula to meet these new demands, creating personnel capable of supporting green policies and a fully green economy. Key objectives: 1. Studying workforce needs: Addressing the skills shortage that limits the green economy transition, ensuring curricula reflect new job profiles and higher qualification requirements. 2. Transnational educational content sharing: Fostering active cooperation between VET institutions and green economy employers to ensure a trained workforce and meet environmental challenges. 3. Increasing organizational capacity: Enhancing the participating organizations' ability to address environmental issues and establish themselves as centers for green job training. This involves creating a network for resource sharing and collaboration with green economy experts.
