▶Summary
Střední odborná škola podnikání a obchodu, a limited liability company, meets market demands by educating professionals in trade, service, and tourism. Our school's expanded expertise includes marketing, journalism, international business, sports management, wellness, spa services, and animation. We offer comprehensive secondary education, covering vocational subjects like economics, marketing, and bookkeeping. Active in various school activities, our students engage in lectures, discussions, internships, and competitions in sports, mathematics, languages, and economics. They contribute to newspapers, organize city tours, and manage activities for younger students. In this project, we aim to leverage technology effectively, combining social and digital learning. Our focus is on enhancing ICT skills through international collaboration, establishing connections, and preparing for future online business in Europe. This project offers a chance to establish new connections, strengthen friendships, and lay the groundwork for future online business. Importantly, both students and teachers will improve language skills and professional competence, with cultural exchange as a fundamental aspect.
▶Objectives
The project aimed to boost students' motivation and enhance academic performance, anticipating an improvement in results by the end of the school year, curbing early dropout rates, and fostering a positive learning environment conducive to student success. A second objective focused on developing essential soft skills crucial for future employment, anticipating enhancements in ICT proficiency, decision-making, flexibility, teamwork, and problem-solving. The project aimed to equip students with capabilities valued by businesses and employers. The third objective aimed to cultivate a global perspective by increasing students' interest in other cultures, fostering seamless acceptance of diversity for a better understanding of modern challenges. The fourth objective centered on a 100% improvement in English communication skills, vital for academic and career success. Lastly, the project sought to foster cohesion among different European countries, building a genuine sense of belonging. Partner schools in Turkey and Spain, alongside the coordinating school in Czechia, provided a safe environment for students to explore and appreciate diverse cultures, promoting harmonious cross-cultural exchange.

Digital Solutions for Improved Literacy - Virtual Exchange (Teachers Only) Organizing school: Bafra Fen Lisesi A virtual exchange, exclusive to educators, facilitated the exchange of insights and strategies for leveraging digital tools to elevate literacy education. 5. Digital Solutions for Better Religions (Face-to-Face International Meeting in Spain) Organizing school: IES Fray Luis de León, Las Pedroñeras 6. Local Implementation Activities: At the local level, diverse activities were implemented in each country. These activities collectively contributed to the project's overarching goals, fostering collaboration, innovation, and the effective integration of digital solutions in various educational domains.
