▶Objectives
This project sought to achieve a paradigm shift in secondary education by implementing Agile Project Based Learning. The primary objective was to promote the development of key transversal competencies needed for success in the 21st century. By combining agility and project-based learning, the project aimed to instil a range of transversal competencies and leverage Agile project management techniques as the main transformation and teaching aid reflected the project's goal of aligning education with contemporary practices. This approach responded to the evolving landscape where there is a notable shift from traditional project management to Agile methodologies in various sectors. The envisioned outcomes include Curriculum tailored for Agile2Learn, comprehensive training program designed to develop or enhance 21 competencies, and the establishment of a community of practice platform. These outcomes aimed to provide tangible resources for educators to effective implementation and continuous improvement of the new methodology, and foster a community of practice among educators, a sustainable network for sharing best practices, experiences, and innovations was created to foster a culture of ongoing improvement in secondary education.
▶Activities
During the implementation of the project, there were carried out the following activities: Project Management and dissemination (incl. creation of project management tools - handbook, shared on-line project environment; website and social media channels and project-related contributions to them and promotional video). Organisation of 5 Transnational project meetings. Creation of 4 main results (and also creation of related supporting or evaluation deliverables - e.g. reports etc.): a) Curriculum, b) Training - both created in EN, CZ, GER, IT, Greek, Communities of Practice platform (with more than 220 active users) and Exploitation guide and Tools to introduce the project outcomes to the future users and recommendations on how to use them efficiently. Organisation of multiplier events - 4 national and 1 international multiplier events were carried out to promote the project and its results + 2 extra not planned initially. Organisation of LTTA activity - Train the Trainers - a preparatory training for national tutors to carry out the pilot training effectively. Quality control and monitoring activities - regular revision of state of project implementation and reporting it to the consortium regularly based on the partners´ reports.
